What is Intention Setting

Intention Setting is basically acknowledging & making use of the power that comes when we align our mind with our heart & focus that attunement towards something. Our thought is powerful & where creation starts, but it also takes aligning your mind & heart & putting the energy created from that, towards something with your attention, to fully bring something into being. This is something we can all do as human beings. We are each a little piece of Universe, God, Goddess. We were meant to create in ways outside of money. 

In this collection you will find Intention Setting Ritual kits. These kits are designed to use an object & small task to focus (learn to control the process in paragraph one) on a topic you have chosen to learn about in general or change within yourself. An example of being comfortable with this process & understanding the power behind it, is shown in some older traditions where people came together in prayer groups which is really a way of gathering more energy and focusing it on one intention. Again in other traditions some women prayed & wished good things for the person who would use something she's making while she was making it -whether knitting, crochet or sewing as she does this she is focusing her intention. Even outside of a deeper meaning, the practice of Intention Setting also simply ensures that you make time for putting your focus & energy onto things that will assist in you life. Simply the act of discipline alone in spending time on things that assist in reaching your goals is a big step in success in general. Adding a little ritual around it adds a little touch of fun. 

It is easier to bring your mind & heart in tune energetically when you have a higher vibration in general (makes sense logically if you think about it). So some work should be done to raise your vibration as part of your practice. You can look for those topics here or online. Intention Setting is also a great thing to teach your children. Keep a journal or book on the topic as you work so you can record observations & thoughts you can later reference.  

Comment on Chakras & Light beings

I do believe everything on earth came from light. That light is made up of certain accepted colours. It makes sense to me that we would have centers of this light in our bodies. The descriptions of chakra centers in our body feels correct to me & makes sense. It makes sense that some chakra centers in some people would be stronger then in others & it also makes sense that these centers could be out of balance within us, affecting us. It also makes sense to me that the job of the chakras is of them being the system set up to govern the part of ourselves that isn’t our physical selves such as feelings & emotions like fear, love, anger, & our thinking such as our self-worth. Often it is talked about holding emotion within our bodies which I think is connected to the chakras. When I talk about spirituality & or energy my belief in this is interwoven.
